Cancellation Policy

Orders & Payment    •   Down payment is required at the time of order placement.    •   All orders are custom-designed and made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-transferable once submitted.    •   Payments must be completed online before design and production begins. Design Process    •   Clients are responsible for submitting photos and text in a timely manner- PO is available to assist with decision making    •   Image quality and resolution may affect the final product appearance.    •   A digital proof may be provided for review prior to production, depending on the product selected.    •   Minor edits may be requested during the proof stage. Approvals    •   Final approval is required before production.    •   Once approved, no changes can be made without additional fees.    •   The provider is not responsible for errors approved by the client. Production & Fulfillment    •   Production timelines are estimates and may vary by product and vendor.    •   Orders are produced through trusted third-party vendors.    •   The provider is not responsible for delays, defects, or shipping issues caused by vendors or carriers. Shipping & Delivery    •   Shipping costs are not included unless stated.    •   Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.    •   The provider is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once they are in transit. Cancellations & Refunds    •   Because all items are custom-made, cancellations are not accepted once design work has begun.    •   Refunds are not available for minor color, size, or appearance variations. Copyright & Usage    •   Clients retain ownership of their original photos.    •   The final design layout remains the intellectual property of the provider until full payment is received.    •   Completed designs may be used for portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. Limitation of Liability    •   Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product ordered.    •   The provider is not responsible for quality limitations resulting from low-resolution images.
