Service Description
Basic design (does not include price of vendor printing): Up to 90 photos/20-25 pages… Additional photos/pages, or more Complex Design requires more time and therefore client should expect to pay additional cost. Carolyn and client will discuss Printing Vendor options prior to design
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment * All projects require advance booking and payment according to the selected service package. * A non-refundable deposit or full payment (as specified at booking) is required to secure your project start date. * Payments must be made online prior to project commencement. * All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once work has begun. Project Scope & Timeline * Services include professional design, layout, and preparation for publishing or production based on the selected package. * Project timelines are estimated and may vary depending on client responsiveness, content submission, and revision requests. * Delays in providing materials may extend the completion date. Client Responsibilities * Clients are responsible for supplying all photos, videos, text, and related materials in a timely manner. * Submitted content should be of reasonable quality and free of copyright restrictions. * The service provider is not responsible for image quality limitations resulting from client-provided files. Revisions & Approvals * Each package includes a specified number of design revisions. * Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra fees. * Final approval is required before publishing or production. * Once final approval is given, no further changes can be made without additional charges. Publishing & Production * Printing, publishing, or video production costs are separate unless otherwise stated. * Third-party vendors (printers, publishers, hosting platforms, etc.) are not controlled by the service provider. * The provider is not responsible for delays, defects, or errors caused by third-party vendors. Cancellations & Refunds * Cancellations after booking are subject to forfeiture of the deposit. * No refunds will be issued once design work has started. * If a project is paused by the client for more than 60 days, it may be considered inactive and subject to reactivation fees. File Delivery & Storage * Final digital files will be delivered via secure electronic transfer. * The provider is not responsible for long-term file storage after delivery. * Clients are encouraged to download and back up all files promptly. Copyright & Usage * Clients retain ownership of their original photos and videos. * The final designed photobook or slideshow layout remains the intellectual property of the provider until full payment is received.
